We've teamed up with Annie a highly talented artist and one of our long standing face painting creators to provide a new Wellness Workshop for your office. Workshop Details: Duration: 2 hours Objective: To provide participants with a holistic experience that combines meditation, art, and AI to uplift their spirits, enhance their creativity, and offer new perspectives on life. Schedule: 1. Meditation Session (15 minutes): - Introduction to Meditation: Brief overview of the benefits of meditation and its role in enhancing creativity and mental well-being. - Breathwork: Guided breathing exercises to center and calm the mind. - Tapping: Simple tapping techniques to release stress and promote relaxation. - Visualization: Guided visualization to help participants connect with their artistic higher self, fostering a sense of inner peace and creative inspiration. 2. Art Session (1 hour 20 minutes): - Introduction to Stencil Art: Explanation of the materials and techniques. - Creative Expression: Participants will use a selection of stencils featuring motivational words, nature elements like flowers, and calming images to create their own unique artworks. - Guided Support: I will provide personalized guidance and support, helping participants to express their emotions and thoughts through their art. 3. AI-Assisted Creativity (25 minutes): - Introduction to AI in Art: Brief discussion on how AI can be a powerful tool for enhancing creativity and generating new ideas. - Interactive Session with ChatGPT: Participants will use prompts to create personalized letters, artworks, and songs. This segment will demonstrate the ease and versatility of AI in expanding their creative horizons. - Sharing and Reflection: Participants will have the opportunity to share their creations and reflect on their experiences, fostering a sense of community and mutual support.
